SHIPPING

Please note that PHOTOFISH and FACTORY DIRECT has their own shipping rates as following (no matter where you live in the world). A Factory Direct Fee will be applied of 299 sek / 29€ on all orders, but if the Photofish / Factory Direct products exceeds over 450 sek / 45€ this fee will be removed. All VAT/Duty is paid by us. 

The shipping rate is SEK 69 and applies for shipping within Sweden.

The following countries has a freigth charge of 199 SEK - Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, United Kingdom, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenien, Spain, Switzerland, and Turkey.

The following countries has a freigth charge of 299 SEK - USA, Canada, Singapore, Brazil and Costa Rica.

Please note that customs fees may apply if you live outside of EU.

Returns/Orders not picked up

If you want to return a product always contact us at info@kanalgratis.se Within Sweden a return charge of 89sek/9€ and in Europe 199 sek /20€. This charge is paid by the customer. If an order is not picked up we will refund the order and a shipping and administration fee of 129sek/13€ within Sweden and 229sek/23€ in Europe.
